Authorities say DNA and other evidence led them to Antolin Garcia-Torres, 21, who was booked Monday night into Santa Clara County Jail on one count of murder and one count of kidnapping in connection with Sierra’s disappearance. He was taken in custody hours earlier at a Safeway in Morgan Hill.
